Function:

In this function you are co-responsible for the development of new high quality products and systems, you also improve existing products and processes concerning coatings and paint technology. Based on your experience and resourcefulness you are capable to research the optimization of our products, so we remain supplying our clients with the highest quality. The Mobacc Group is an informal organization. You work closely with several departments. You are capable to communicate on several levels with clients and colleagues.

We ask:

• A diploma higher professional education in Chemistry
• 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar function at a (international) chemical or technological company
• You have a CV1 or CV2 certificate or you have followed other courses in coating technologies
• You have knowledge of and affinity with coatings
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP
• Your first language is Dutch
• Your English and German speaking and writing are well
• You know how to translate developments to initiatives and innovations in our product collection
• You have excellent social and communication skills that you use within the company as well as to clients
• You are a self-employed person and you work in a structured way
• You indicate, take initiative and you are proactive
