Penetrating Oils

Penetrating oils are very low viscosity oils that can be used to free rusted mechanical parts. They can penetrate into the narrow space between the threads of two parts (such as nuts and bolts). Penetrating oils lubricate and prevent rust formation on springs, open chains, cogwheels, hinges, locks and turning points of machines.

Penetrating oil + MoS2 Black penetrating oil based on slowly evaporating solvents, mineral oils, corrosion inhibitors and molybdenum disulphide.

Penetrating oil + Graphite Black colored penetrating oil based on slowly evaporating solvents, mineral oils, corrosion inhibitors and graphite.

Penetrating oil Colorless Clear, colorless penetrating oil based on a blend of solvents, mineral oils and corrosion preventing additives. The product quickly flows between rusted and corroded parts to break the bond of oxidized metal. Due to its exceptional penetrating properties, it is also suitable for loosening tar, grease, dirt and other carbon deposits. The product leaves a thin film that lubricates and prevents rust formation.

Penetrating oil food grade NSF Penetrating oil based on pure, non-harmful oils with NSF H1 food approval. This clear, colorless oil can be used in the food, pharmaceutical and textile industries. It is ideally suitable for lubricating valve sealings, collars, chains, hinges, cutting knives in transport equipment, and sewing machines.

Cooling penetrating oil Penetrating oils with strong cooling effect (cooling to – 40º C). Due to the cooling, the oils create micro-fine cracks in the joint to accelerate loosening.
